Hi, I’m Kacey Bair! I’m a people person through and through, and nothing makes me happier than helping clients find the place they’re excited to call home. Originally from a small town in South Carolina, I moved to New York City to pursue acting—and while I still love the stage, I’ve found that real estate offers something just as rewarding: the chance to connect with people on a real, human level and help them navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and ease.

After years of living and working in New York, I’ve come to truly understand how important it is to feel at home in this city—not just in your apartment, but in your neighborhood, your routine, your day-to-day life. I’ve lived in several different parts of the city, and I bring that personal experience to every client I work with. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me exploring new restaurants, checking out a Broadway show, traveling whenever I can, or completely immersed in a Clemson football game—go Tigers!
